How much does The Estate cost?
Venue rental starts from $3,000 for off-season dates and from $4,500 for premium season Saturdays. This includes planning meetings, colored lighting, tables, Chiavari chairs, day-of staff, parking, engagement session, and more. Catering and bar are not included in rental pricing. Contact us for exact current pricing.
What is your capacity?
The Estate comfortably seats up to 300 guests indoors for a seated dinner, yet remains intimate and personal for groups as small as 50. Our expansive green space also accommodates large tents for additional outdoor seating.
Do you offer both indoor and outdoor ceremonies?
Yes — we have more private ceremony location choices than any other venue in the Dayton-Cincinnati area. Choose from beautiful tree lines, gardens, trellis & bridges, stately columns, and historic brick architectural features. Indoor ceremonies are available year-round in any season.
Can all of my guests be indoors for the entire event?
Absolutely — this is one of The Estate’s greatest advantages. Our magnificent Georgian brick mansion can accommodate your entire guest list of up to 300 for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception entirely indoors. Full heating and air conditioning ensure comfort in every season.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. We are open to many licensed and insured caterers — not just our preferred vendors. Our couples love the freedom to choose their own catering while still having trusted recommendations available from our Events Team.
Is event planning really included in the rental?
Yes — this is one of our biggest differentiators. We include planning meetings with our experienced Events Team covering vendor recommendations, floor plan design, event design consultation, and a final details review 60 days before your event.
What are your rental hours?
Standard rental time is 11 AM to 11 PM (12 hours). Bar and music typically end 45–60 minutes before the rental period ends. Multi-day packages are available for rehearsal dinners, extra setup, or extended celebrations.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Our Events Team pre-plans detailed inclement weather contingencies for every single event. Whether rain, snow, heat, or wind — we have a plan in place so your day is never derailed. Our fully heated and cooled indoor spaces are always available as backup for any outdoor elements.
